Installerpool.com has answered the call to remedy some of the most talked about problems flooring retailers face – installer related issues. Flooring retailers everywhere struggle with finding and keeping good quality installers. These "issues” vary from a floor installer doing a poor job to not showing up on time, or at all. The bottom line is, the floor covering industry is flooded with independent installers who all claim they are the best at what they do, even when they are in fact inexperienced or lack skills in a particular area. This presents several problems for the flooring retailer, not to mention the customer. With Installerpool.com, retailers can find qualified and professional installers and flooring installers can be sure other installers listed on the site are true flooring professionals.

Flooring retailers do everything they can to make sure their sales staff is well dressed and trained and their showroom is clean and offers a good product selection. If the installer – the last person 'touching' the customer – doesn't do a good job, shows lack of respect to the customer, shows up late etc, all of the previous efforts will be disregarded. The good reputation retailers work so hard to establish and maintain can be ruined in an instant by flooring installation issues. On the flip side, a great installer can add tremendous value to the flooring retailer. The customer's experience with the installer can greatly impact future business for the dealer for the good or bad.

Installerpool.com helps eliminate some of the issues retailers, manufacturers, customers and even qualified flooring installers face when dealing with unqualified flooring installers.

One challenge flooring retailers face is identifying good installers up front. Installerpool.com takes the guess work out of the equation. Retail floor stores no longer need to "roll the dice" when using a new installer. Professional and qualified flooring installers now have a way to distinguish themselves from unprofessional and often unlicensed installers. No longer will good installers can get lost in the mix.

Installerpool.com was built as a tool to make both retailers and installers more efficient and profitable and effectively addresses several components:

  • Provides Retailers an easy way to identify good/poor installers up front.
  • Holds independent installers accountable for their skill, communication, professionalism, appearance and timeliness.
  • Provides incentive for installers to want to do better.

With Installerpool.com, dealers will have instant access to quality installer profiles and schedules as well as they geographical area they serve. Dealers can also rate the installer's quality of work, thus holding him accountable for his performance.

The rating system motivates installers to want to do better. It will increase the percentage of satisfied customers, repeat and referral business and reduce number of callbacks.

For Installers, Installerpool.com has provided a tool to manage their businesses better and, for the first time ever, creates a resume for the installers. Installers can also choose to keep their profiles private to particular retailers. Installerpool is 100% free to Installers and helpers. I know a good flooring installer can make or break my business. I've had some bad ones and thankfully, I've been able to acquire and keep some great floor mechanics. These guys are an extension of my business and I know they do a great job in the field and represent my business in a professional manner. If Installerpool.com can help flooring retailers find and keep good installers, this will be the best thing since sliced bread!
