Carpet & Flooring
for support of their organization over the years. This year's Public Service Awards are being held Saturday, February 20th at
Crystal Point in Point Pleasant, New Jersey. This will be a fun filled Casino Night and tickets are $150 per person which

Ocean of Love is a non–profit, charitable organization dedicated to helping Ocean County, New Jersey children with
cancer and their families. The purpose of the organization is to assist the children through their illness. Ocean of Love
helps provide financial and emotional support so that the children can experience the "normal" joys of childhood, knowing
their lives are significant and meaningful to each and every one of us. Ocean of Love has served over 350 families since
1988.
SMART Carpet and Flooring’s affiliation with Ocean of Love dates back to 1999 when the daughter of Mike and Jamie Bais,
also principals of the company, contracted cancer at 5 years of age. During that time the Bais family saw firsthand the kind
of concern and caring Ocean of Love offered to cancer stricken families. Since then, SMART Carpet and Flooring has done its
best to assist Ocean of Love and fully support this most worthwhile organization. Other honorees at this year's Public
Service Awards include United Water Company, Chris Burris of Conca D'Oro Restaurant and Diane Farrell.
