Olde Wood Limited believes in resuscitating the past. This company makes antique wood flooring only from wood that has withstood the ravages of time and has that distinctive weathered appearance to show for it. The company has an unshakable belief that beauty in wood comes with age. Lumber for its flooring is sourced from old barns and other constructions of over a century ago. Olde Wood believes that some of the wood that goes into its flooring could be from trees that commenced their growth as far back as 400 years ago. Based in northeastern Ohio, Olde Wood Limited is one of the largest companies in the country to manufacture reclaimed wide plank flooring products. Also in its product range is custom milled and kiln dried lumber, hand–hewn beams and timber framing to meet all antique hardwood requirements.

Apart from solid plank antique flooring, the company also makes engineered hardwood flooring constructed from 9-ply FSC–approved Russian Birch plywood. Because of the manufacturing process, engineered antique hardwood flooring is resistant to humidity which makes is suitable for installation directly over concrete. It is suitable for an arid climate as well and can be used to floor dry basements and most other rooms in a house including the kitchen.

Olde Wood also has another product line named its Old Growth line made from timber of century old trees that have either fallen or are dead. Engineered flooring is also available in the Old Growth series. It has similar properties to engineered antique hardwood planks.
