JMish Carpet, Area Rugs, and Underlayment

The American carpet manufacturing company JMish was founded by Jack Mishkin in 2004 to exclusively manufacture quality residential floor coverings. Their factory is located at Cartersville, Georgia.

JMish produces a wide range of carpeting predominantly in wool but also in nylon and natural grass. Each design is available in a plethora of textures and colors. The wool used in their wool carpets is imported from the finest available in New Zealand.

The strength of the company lies in its commitment to design. A dynamic team of designers headed by Jack Mishkin – himself a designer at heart – is constantly at work upgrading its catalogs and carpet product range to keep with contemporary trends.

JMish also produces area rugs and carpet cushions. Its Natural Performance 100% wool carpet cushion is an underlayment recycled from their waste wool yarn. The cushion is sustainable, recycled and biodegradable which makes it a very "green" floor product. There are several advantages in using a JMish wool carpet cushion:

  • It absorbs VOCs and improves air quality.
  • Has excellent sound and thermal insulation properties.
  • Is totally non–flammable
  • Wool fiber, because of its natural resilient spiral crimp outdoes other synthetic fibers
  • LEED compliant being 100% natural and sustainable

Area rugs also come in a variety of unique collections with a wide array of colors. The selection includes rugs made of natural grasses.
