FindAnyFloor.com® Guy Welcomes You!FindAnyFloor.com is a new site dedicated to providing visitors with credible, unbiased and in–depth information on flooring products, industry trends and industry professionals. Welcome to FindAnyFloor.com, "We've got flooring covered." When I created Pacific Imports International (PII), a hardwood floor covering distributor and retailer, I kept hearing the same thing time and time again from my customers. They researched flooring on the internet and they would find either inaccurate and/or conflicting information on the same flooring type or find little to no information at all. While it was always my job to inform my customer about the products I carried, it became my job to also convince them the information I was providing was correct, and what they read on the internet was inaccurate. One thing was very clear; people looked to the internet to gather information about flooring.

After PII was sold, I had a choice; pursue building a hardwood flooring manufacturing plant in the USA or provide my former customers with a valuable tool; a site dedicated to providing information on everything flooring. From this, an idea was created and a site was born. FindAnyFloor.com strives to become the largest floor covering resource and social community available on the web. FindAnyFloor.com doesn't just provide information about flooring materials and types. We provide tools to help the consumer find the products and services they are looking for by connecting them with their local flooring retailer and professional.

FindAnyFloor.com® "The Web's Flooring Authority"One of my passions is to be certain that FindAnyFloor.com is accessible to those with disabilities and/or limitations. This is referred to as 508 compliant. Section 508 requires that Federal agencies' electronic and information technology is accessible to people with disabilities. Most non-government websites do not easily accommodate individuals with disabilities, probably because there is no requirement to be accessible. As an organization we have chosen to embrace an environment of accessibility. While this takes more time and expense (we are aiming to be 508 compliant by the end of 2008), it will allow access to millions of people who would have otherwise been unable to access the site. We hope to not only expand the footprint of the flooring community on the web through accessibility, but also create awareness in hopes other industries will follow suit. Some of the access features of FindAnyFloor.com include; providing Closed Captions on all videos with sound, absence of excessive flash visuals, and offering tab through functionality so that a mouse is not required. For more information about the site's accessibility features visit www.findanyfloor.com/accessibility.

Please be sure to also visit:

  • Green.FindAnyFloor.com is an online guide to the world of environmentally friendly flooring, an increasingly popular choice for people who want to expand "going green" to into their flooring selection.
  • Pro.FindAnyFloor.com is a social community built "for pros, by pros" and is the place flooring professionals come to connect. The extensive online community allows pros to share ideas, tips and trades. Now pros connect year round, 24/7, without having to wait for the next conference or floor covering tradeshow.

Thank you for taking the time to visit. I hope you found the site informative and easy to use. We'd love to hear your thoughts and encourage your feedback. After all, this site is for you and we strive to make it the best it can be!

It's nice to see a founder that is so involved and passionate about his website. With that sort of leadership, your company is likely to be successful.

We purchased Algonquin plank cork flooring from ifloor in 2007 for a client. However, the project now requires two additional boxes...but, as you know, ifloor is in liquidation and we can't find the Algonquin flooring by Westhollow ANYWHERE.

Do you have any inside info or any suggestions on where we might be able to secure two boxes of this plank flooring??

Many thanks!

Carrie, there are probably many different kinds that they make, but here is a link to some that I found by that manufacturer http://www.builderssquare.com/xp_9039389-Algonquin_Cork_Flooring_by_Westhollow_r_Cork_$3_99_SF_UknownManufacturer_iFLOOR_com_S124R.aspx. Hope that helps. There were some other links that I pulled up by googling Algonquin cork. You might want to check that out too. Good luck!

Thanks Lenin at Home Renovations for pointing out the link not working. It has been corrected.

Also, thanks to Craig for helping one of the many iFloor customers that are searching for flooring options since iFloor.com went bankrupt, leaving thousands of flooring consumers searching for extra boxes of laminate and hardwood to finish their job.
