Design Your Room with the Easy To Use Room Designer

Do you need to design your room? There is an easy to use room designer tool that can be a big help! Shaw Floor’s Try on a Floor room designer tool allows you to design any room in your home or business, whether it is your kitchen, dining room, bedroom, bathroom, living room, office, verandah, or any other room. Then, unlike most other virtual room designers out there, you can actually design your own room, rather than a sample room, by uploading a picture of it. Of course, if you don’t have a picture of your room available, you can also choose from one of many sample rooms to design. Unlike other tools, it takes a few minutes to tell the room designer tool where your walls, floors, cabinets, and other areas are in your actual room. While this step can be a little time consuming, it only takes a few minutes and it is definitely worth it. Other sites usually only allow you to design their sample room, but I prefer to see what new floors or paint colors look like in my actual room. In fact, I recently used this room designer tool to save me from making a major mistake that could’ve cost me thousands of dollars. I installed new hardwood floors in my living room. I originally thought that I wanted a very light almost whitish colored hardwood, but after seeing these in my room using Shaw’s room designer I decided to go the complete opposite and do a dark Brazilian cherry hardwood. For more information, check out this article on using Shaw’s Try on a Floor room designer to design your room.

These are great tools and are now common practice in most large furniture stores. It makes it so much easier being able to visualise how the room will look before spending a single penny. I also like the fact you can move and rotate the camera meaning you can look at your design from many angles.

A Virtual Room Designer is one of the best tools around! I love it because with the click of the mouse, I can change wall color, floor color or type and change the entire look and feel of a room. Great design tool!
